Dear Craigburn Families,
Today the Premier announced a 6 day statewide lockdown starting at midnight tonight, Wednesday 18 November, through to midnight Tuesday 24 November 2020. There will be strong restrictions in place for a further 8 days, however the public will be advised about whether this will include education settings at a later date.
We will continue to update you as we receive more information. For now please note the following in regards to our school and OSHC service.
For the next two days, Thursday 19 & Friday 20 November, the school will be closed except for care of the children of essential workers who will be able to attend school and OSHC service.
We will have a small number of staff on site to provide supervised care to any family who requires these essential services.
Please notify the school and / or OSHC service via email [email protected] or [email protected] to inform us if your child will be present on either of these days. If attending school, students are asked to present to the Library so that we can register their attendance.
The school will remain closed on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November, except for the care of children of essential workers. On these days staff will be preparing for learning to continue remotely for the following period of 8 days.
More information will be provided as we work our way through the new COVID-19 Directions.
All South Australians are making sacrifices to ensure our community remains as safe as possible. We appreciate that this is a significant undertaking for you and your family. Your child’s teacher, our support staff and I are here to support you where we can.
